Printing or exporting a summary

Open the visit, tap the three dots at the top, then tap Print. Kin turns the summary into a PDF and shows you a preview.

From the preview you can:

• Print. Send the PDF straight to a printer.
• Email. Attach the PDF to an email.
• Save. Save the PDF to your phone, or share it to another app.

I don't see Print

Usually one of these:

• The summary isn't ready yet. Print appears once Kin has finished processing the visit.
• You can only view this visit. Print is available to the person the visit is for and their admins.
• Your app is out of date. Update Kin to the latest version.

Other ways to share

• Send a link. Open the visit, tap Share at the top, then choose Message, Email, Copy link, or More. Anyone with the link can open the summary in a web browser for 7 days, without a Kin account. See Sharing a visit summary.
• Add a follower. A follower sees your visits in their own Kin app, no printing needed. Tap your name at the top of the Home tab, then Account settings → Sharing → Add a follower. See Followers and roles.
