We built Kin because care is hard to remember
Patients leave visits with a lot to take in. Medications, instructions, follow-ups, and next steps are often explained quickly, and much of it is forgotten within minutes.
As physicians, we saw this happen regularly. Patients weren’t failing to follow instructions, they simply didn’t have the tools to remember and act on what was discussed.
