Kin can read your visit summary out loud, so you can listen instead of read.

How do I play a summary?

Tap the play button on the section you want to hear. You'll find it on your highlights, your next steps, and each topic in the summary. Ask Kin's answers have one too.

Can I pause and pick up where I left off?

Yes. Tap the button again to pause, and once more to resume from the same place.

What language does it read in?

Whichever language you've set for Kin. Read aloud works in English and Spanish.

It says "Couldn't prepare audio"

Kin needs a connection the first time it reads a section aloud. Check your signal and tap play again.
