Writing your questions down beforehand means you don't have to remember them in the room.

### Can Kin help me work out what to ask?

Yes. Open an upcoming visit and tap **Help me prepare**. Kin asks which provider you're seeing and what you're coming in for, then builds a list of questions with you.

You can edit any question, reorder them, or remove ones you don't want. Tap **Get more suggestions** if you want Kin to keep going.

### How do I add questions before a visit?

Open the upcoming visit and tap the **What to discuss** field — it prompts you with "Questions, thoughts, or observations". Type whatever you want to raise with your doctor. Your notes save as you go.

### Where do my questions go?

They stay on that visit, so you can open it and read through your list whenever you need — including in the waiting room or during the appointment.

### Do my notes save if I'm offline?

Yes. Notes save to your phone first and upload once you're back online. Above the note you'll see **Saved** with the time.

### Can I add questions to someone else's visit?

Yes, as long as you manage their profile. If you only have view-only access, you'll see **View only** and won't be able to add notes.
